In 2021, with over 20 years of experience in finance including over 12 in private equity, I decided to found Impact Raising. My vision is to partner with my clients to achieve their capital raising goals, provide the highest level of service throughout the entire process, and in doing so, build the placement agent business I always envisioned.
Prior to undertaking this ambitious endeavor, I spent over 10 years as the Managing Partner of Capstone Partners, a leading global placement agent with five offices worldwide. I was in charge of European operations, responsible for the origination mandates across Europe and specifically focused on the Nordics, Benelux, UK, Spain and Israel for distribution.
During this tenure, I advised and helped to raise over $20 billion for over 40 global mandates and I sat on the board of directors of Capstone Europe and Capstone Asia.
Prior to Capstone, I was an executive director at Goldman Sachs for 10 years where I started my career and held various sales roles in the equities division in London.
In 2015, I was selected as one of the 40 under 40 Rising Stars of Private Equity by Financial News (Wall Street Journal). I hold a Master’s degree in Economics from Université Catholique de Louvain (Belgium) and speak French, English, Spanish and Dutch fluently.
